About me

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am emailing in regards to the Copywriter vacancy you are advertising through Creative Pool.

I believe I am a very strong candidate for the role as I have three years of experience working within communications and web content, excellent communication and writing skills and a good understanding of digital marketing and social media.

I graduated with a 2:1 in BA (Hons) Magazine Journalism and Feature Writing from Southampton Solent University. This honed skills in writing for a variety of different audiences, which have been cemented in my role as Web Content and Communications Officer for the International Fur Federation. Other skills developed through this role are internal communications, digital marketing and social media.

If colleagues are asked to describe me, they call me 'a ray of sunshine' around the office, and make reference to my cool-headedness and ability to take things in my stride. I am a real people-person and am extremely conscientious, able to work independently or as part of a team. I am also a good listener and can take direction extremely well.
