Set in Cleveland 100 years in the future, this is the story of Nohar Rajasthan. A genetically engineered super-soldier created from tiger genome splicing now working as a private investigator within the “Moreau” community. When Nohar is hired by a strange being to look into a assassination of a political figure he finds himself breaking one of his most basic rules — never get involved in human affairs. Out of money and out of choices, Nohar unknowingly becomes tangled up in a conspiracy involving gangs, proxy wars, foreign powers, secret organizations, shady corporations and questionable government dealings.
