Product conceptualisation, visual identity and packaging.
Ellipsis is a cooperative board game for creative story lovers, where people take it in turns to create short parts of a story, however omitting the finale.
Using sticker-words, people create short and clever stories that must finish with the symbol “...”, and then the next participant is allowed to continue with the story.
To visualise the brand, I used the three consecutive dots that are the linguistic symbol which represents omission, known as “Ellipsis”.
By halving one of the end dots and bringing it to the other side, I was able to create a continuous cycle which the line, representing an arrow, further highlights.
The brand palette uses black and white colours, communicating contrasting concepts between absence and presence.
