Having internal recruitment experience in the past for a Steel Manufacturing company and a Sales and Marketing company.

I have successfully transferred those skills learnt into the IT recruitment industry.

I take great pride in understanding and constantly learning about my clients' requirements from my experienced candidates for each of their different job opportunities.
I make great effort to learn as much as possible about my candidates as well, so I may find them the right company where they can see themselves working on a long term basis.
I would like to believe that I am very goal oriented. Which is why I always push myself to find that "needle in a haystack" constantly and working 24/7 is quite the norm.
