ABOUT

This one day project known as a Guerrilla Day (within my college course) - where a designer comes into class and sets a project at 9am and we have to come up with concepts by the end of the day.

Designer Jenny Smith set us two different packaging briefs, one was for Arran Aromatics bath/body products where we had to come up with a complete new range, name it and create packaging for it but it had to sit well with Arran Aromatics existing brands and the company. The other brief was to create packaging for a Pooper-Scooper Ezeedog and it was free to create any sort of packaging.

I picked Arran Aromatics and my concept is The Seasons e.g Spring, Autumn, Winter, Summer. I wanted to get back into drawing as that's what I really love doing, so went with that approach and basically used coloured paper dots - hole punched, scattered about then drew on top of them with an image representing that season such as tulips for spring. I really love the way I went with this project and its got me thinking of doing more illustrations in my spare time.
