I had a pleasure to create this project with my very good friend and extremely talented co-worker Kinga Limanowska. As a start we did a deep research that contained site survey, photographic documentation and study reports created in 2018 by the Na Miejscu Foundation. After reviewing the details, we decided to divide the work as follows : I was responsible for book editorial and illustrated characters while Kinga has created all those magnificent architectural pieces.

Project is about one of the Warsaw’s districts (Prague), street named Wilenska, that is ready to be refurbished. It illustrates inhabitants who are affected by various problems associated with this place. Prague, like many other Warsaw districts, was almost totally destroyed during the WW2 and is now packed with old dilapidated and abandoned buildings. Wilenska Street is one of the oldest and most dangerous areas in the city. Book contains thoroughly described observations and future reconstruction plans.
