ABOUT

I carried on this project for almost a year while I was working in a creative studio. Karta is a very special magazine in relation to history, as it present uncensored and raw truth of past. It is quarterly published by the Karta Center Foundation, an independent non-governmental organization. They discover, protect and disseminate history seen from the perspective of the individual. They do it in such a way that the past becomes a source of understanding, build a civic community, supports reconciliation.

I had an opportunity to meet personally and work along extremely talented people that were not only eminent editors but most importantly wonderful collaborators. Editorial design was created by Art Director Mateusz Kaniewski in 2018 and was implemented by me through subsequent releases. I had an opportunity to put creative impact on this project as I designed inter alia dozens of article entries.
