Personal Statement

Throughout my career as an artist and temporary lecturer I have proven excellent communication skills and become experienced in working with people, larger groups and individuals alike. I have profound knowledge of research methods and data analysis, which I have extensively put into practice in my PhD studies (completed January 2011) and, when presenting research paper at (inter-) national conferences. I am accustomed to working with great attention to details and respond quickly to changing situations.

I am proficient and flexible when working with computers and presentation technologies. In my freelance work as a photographer and video maker I have been accustomed to working to deadlines; often to budgetary constraints and these are professional challenges I respond positively to.
