15 crew runners from London, Rotterdam and Copenhagen came together in Lyon to pound
unfamiliar pavements before being taken totally out of their comfort zone. Over 2 days in the mountains, the runners covered 45km, ascended over 2000 vertical metres and stayed overnight at a mountain refuge 2020m above sea level. But more than this, they discovered
new terrain, a new sport, and achieved things they previously had not even imagined.
Crew love was brought to Chamonix, and through determination, a few tears and a lot of team work, 15 runners will never see the pavements of their city in the same way.
