About me

My experience in the field of online entertainment, music and lifestyle content management is extensive. I am the former Entertainment Editor for the UK's largest secondary music, theatre and sport ticketing website Seatwave.com. My role was to produce and edit content to increase traffic, connect with users, and to increase the level of fan-to-fan interaction. This was achieved via relevant and inspiring news, features, galleries and competitions. I managed the UK and international teams working on Seatwave and the new editorial site 'audiotart'.

My role also involved the management of affiliate deals with MSN Music and Entertainment, Virgin Media, Virtual Festivals, The Fly and a number of other companies. News feeds, festival coverage and video, audio and text features were part of the partner integration between Seatwave and their affiliates. I also built and managed a team of over one-hundred freelance music reviewers, sourced editorial features and organised, executed and scheduled interviews with high-profile musicians and artists.

I am also the former site manager for lastminute.com's social networking site *, and their West End Theatre star blogs. This included establishing relationships with high-profile clients such as Christian Slater and Kevin Spacey. The online diaries were a ground-breaking first for West End theatre and continue to attract high levels of traffic.
