I have extensive office based experience. I am confident and competent in all Microsoft programs and have some experience on adobe software. In my roles it has been essential that I have excellent time management and organisational skills, in order to complete my role effectively. I have very high standards and feel this reflects in the work I produce.
I have extensive experience of working with Global Clients which range from medical/pharmaceutical to commercial - Google, Roche, Astra Zeneca, Apple, Lloyds, BBC. My role as Production Co-ordinator encompassed all aspects of logistics, communications and project management.
In my role as Network Marketing Manager I have gained extensive experience in developing and creating new business. It is essential for me to have great communication skills in order to build relationships with new and potential clients. In my role it is vital to be personable and professional at all times. I have brought knowledge of Google analytics from my previous role to plan, schedule and organise day to day running of all social media channels.
In my role as Production Coordinator, I sourced, booked, scheduled and managed both internal and external resource for each project, this included creating invoices and raising PO's while overseeing budgets. As i would be consistently working on a number of jobs at the same time it was essential to have excellent time, money and people management skills to ensure each project was maintained and completed to the clients expectations. Within my role it was important to be able to work effectively both independently but also as a team member.
I am very confident and approachable always meeting, greeting and welcoming people with a smile. I pride myself on my professionalism and I am able to communicate with people on at all levels. In my roles, my friendly outgoing personality has helped me along my career, as people always remember the person who greets them with a smile and friendly attitude. I enjoy working as part of a team and believe through team work we can only improve and develop quality service to the customer. I have a can do attitude, always forward thinking to get the best outcome.
