I'm a boundary-breaking creative director who's spent my career crafting campaigns that resonate deeply and drive results. Recognized as one of Adweek's Creative 100, I've had the privilege of shaping innovative, growth-driving work for global and challenger brands, including Nike, Procter & Gamble, and Henkel, as well as pH-D Feminine Health, Iluminage Beauty and . Collaboration is at the heart of what I do—whether it's with clients, partner agencies, or the expansive network of cross-disciplinary talent I've built over the years. My approach is always tailored for every project I manage, creating bespoke teams and strategies that empower brands to connect authentically with their audiences.

I have a knack for distilling complexity into clarity. Turning dense, technical, and dry information into something engaging and actionable is one of my favorite challenges. As a creative strategist, I combine research-driven insights with big ideas to develop integrated campaigns that not only hit business goals but spark meaningful conversations. Along the way, I've been a speaker, podcast guest, panelist, writer, and advertising awards judge—and I never pass up an opportunity for a spontaneous dance party.

Beyond business, my heart is in advocacy. As co-founder of Fancy, I lead our pro bono initiatives supporting nonprofits tackling global women's health, sexual violence prevention, child marriage, and more. I believe in the power of communication to create real change, and I'm endlessly motivated to use my skills to help make the world a better place for women everywhere.

Key Accomplishments:

- Built 100% women-owned and operated multimillion-dollar ad agency from the ground up, pioneering an industry-defying approach to marketing for women ages 40+ and spurring cultural change by normalizing "taboo" feminine issues.

- Directed marketing strategy and refined brand positioning for adult retail chain Lion's Den, doubling its audience to include women and couples while increasing sales and expanding market reach without alienating men.

- Led multi-media national advertising campaign for Nike and JD Sports, including live event in Times Square that reached people. Campaign strengthened Nike's connection with women, elevated brand during New York Fashion Week, and drove measurable traffic to JD Sports in-store and online.

- Conducted proprietary research into women's attitudes about advertising, using findings to create category-disrupting marketing approach and solidify my role as a sought-after thought leader in the industry.
