Hello Dorking, a Business Improvement District (BID), needed a complete digital strategy to strengthen its online presence, improve search visibility and engage the local business community. The project required a full website redesign, SEO optimisation, multimedia integration and ongoing digital marketing support.

We designed and developed a modern, user-friendly website, with clear navigation and a professional aesthetic. The site was optimised for search engines with structured metadata, keyword-rich content and an internal linking strategy to improve discoverability.

To enhance engagement, we integrated video and rich media content, making the site more dynamic and interactive. Blog featured images were optimised with SEO-friendly filenames and alt text to support organic search growth.

We also managed Google Business Profile updates, ensuring local businesses had accurate listings and improved visibility in search results. Alongside this, we provided ongoing digital marketing consultation, tracking performance metrics and refining strategies to drive engagement.

As a result, Hello Dorking saw improved search rankings, increased website traffic and a more effective platform for promoting local businesses and events.
