Kathryn's work

I'm a creative director with over 10 years of experience working across food, fashion, lifestyle and fintech. Most recently, I was Creative Lead at Trade Republic, and before that I built and led a 14-person in-house creative team at Gorillas.

I'm now looking for a Creative Director or Head of Creative role where I can lead the overall creative direction of a brand, from initial ideas and concepts through to final execution.

I'm very hands-on and have a strong background in creative production, so I'm comfortable managing the entire process, from concept development and art direction to shoots and post-production.

I really enjoy working in-house, particularly with ambitious, fast-moving brands where I can have a real impact on the creative direction. I also love building and leading teams, developing creative processes and helping brands establish a strong, distinctive visual identity.

I'm currently based in Berlin but planning my move back to London, and I'm open to on-site, hybrid or remote-first roles.
