ABOUT

This was a collaborative piece by myself and fellow designer Sadie Quinn. We embarked on creating a two person hoodie for International Womens Day to represent sisterhood and unity amongst women. The feminist movement has always had a negative reputation of being angry and bitter, so we wanted to create something with a more playful tone.

This was one of my favourite projects from university as I was fully involved in each process, from initial sketches, creating the garment and printing the look book of the photography studio session we did. It also highlighted the importance of working as a team, we were constantly bouncing ideas of one another as well as emotionally supporting one another during our last couple months of university.
