At Coca-Cola, Kate has a demonstrated history of being instrumental in planning and implementing robust consumer first marketing initiatives for some of the company's largest efforts including summer season, Olympics, FIFA World Cup, NCAA Final Four, NASCA and led the relaunch of content efforts to reintroduce Coca-Cola to the world of gaming delivering bottom line results and industry recognition by Cannes Lions, Clio, Effies.
Prior to Coke, Kate spent four years at NYC tech start-up, Federated Media building data-driven content marketing initiatives for Fortune 500 brands including Verizon Wireless, UPS, and L'Oreal to develop 'informed storytelling' aiming to bridge the gap between data, influence and branded content. In four short years, the company quadrupled revenue.

In 2020, Kate received Advertising Week's Future is Female award. In 2017, Adweek named her one of the 10 Young Talents Defining the Next Generation of Marketing, and most recently was presented YWCA's Eliminating Racism and Empowering Women Achievement Award for her work to re-think the Coca-Cola Women in Leadership Education Program to create Going FurtHER, an initiative aimed at providing tangible tools to fill the talent pipeline.
Kate has held both Global and North America developing results driven marketing campaigns in the US, UK, EU and South Africa.
