About me

Kate is one of the founders and the Chief Operating Officer of Hub, an insight led, strategic video agency based in Clerkenwell, London. Kate started her career as a photographer after obtaining a BA Hons degree at West Surrey College of Art and Design. Kate also worked as a studio manager on shoots for brands such as Harpers & Queen, Tatler, Vogue and Estée Lauder, before moving into branded video content.

As COO, Kate manages the strategic and operational process that ensures content and services meet the needs of Hub's clients, as well as organising global productions and leading a 15-strong in-house team along with an experienced base of specialist freelancers. Kate drives forward company growth plans whilst overseeing all aspects of the business. Kate ensure's that Hub's company values of achieving personal goals as well as professional goals are met, believing that, continuous development is key to a progressive and forward thinking work environment. Kate is part of a Senior team who actively lead Hub's culture, the basis of which is constant learning and the demonstration of vibrancy and energy to become the best in the field with passion and pride in the work that we do everyday.

Aiming to champion gender equality, ambition and leadership of women in the workplace, Kate is proud of the fact that Hub now boasts a management team that reflects that attitude, with 3 out of 4 of the team being women.
