A design created for the RSA Student Design Awards 2020, the client was Network Rail, who were looking to evoke joy at train stations. I’ve created a large illustration piece that will form as a three-dimensional design. This would be part of a series of illustrations that would be placed in the concourses of train stations around the UK to encourage and promote people to visit different museums across the country. The example design I created for the Science Museum in London uses a space theme to take passengers out of the dull environment of a train station and evoke joy. The design is made up of three panels allowing an interactive and playful element for passengers to walk in-between and create a great social media photo opportunity.
