About me

I began my professional experience in 2005, after completing my university studies in 2004 at Victoria University, Wellington NZ, where I graduated with honours.

My first position as a graduate architect was with Balcombe Griffiths Architects where I gained experience in the documentation of small and large scale projects, mostly within the health sector.

In September 2005, I joined Bligh Voller Nield Architecture's Melbourne office to commence work on the Maunsell Bassett workplace project. Since this time I worked on a variety of projects at BVN ranging from competitions to small, medium and large scale projects across commercial, workplace, residential and health portfolios. During my time at BVN I become familiar with rigorous quality assurance procedures, design processes and methodologies that are necessary on large-scale, high budget projects. I have significant experience in design and documentation through all project stages from inception through to post-completion.

In August 2007 I was appointed an Associate of the practice, and since then my role at BVN included assisting in the internal operations of the business including advising on current issues and participating in business development, mentoring, training and managing staff.

I am highly proficient in Cad documentation and modeling, competition presentation and design, as illustrated in the attached portfolio. I have current and extensive experience with Microstation, sketch up and adobe creative.
