The brief was to create a black and white collage-style illustration that included iconic Scottish landmarks and cultural items such as: the Forth Rail Bridge, The Barras market, Tennents, Irn Bru, Tonic Wine, and many other items.
The design was inverted so that one side of the cassette was the black illustration on a white background and the other side was the white illustration on a black background. This represented the two opposing moods of the music on the casette - one a grungy, darker side, and the other a dreamy upbeat pop side.
This design was for a charity mixtape, featuring lots of up and coming Scottish musicians, and all proceeds going to SAMH (Scottish Association for Mental Health)
