A dramatic story of a city whose historical architecture is being destroyed. The hero comes to revive the city with a comprehensive plan in which the historical architecture is protected. The dreamlike trips to the past present attractive scenes to audiences, and the tension elevates when the hero has to rush to his wedding ceremony.
