In January 2010 I submitted a design to the Wagamama T-shirt competition. The brief was to create something urban, fun, which related to their Japanese theme and menu. I immediately got the idea to make a skyline, and worked on the idea from there.
The competition had over 1000 entries and to my joy I was short listed and then voted winner by restaurant staff. In collaboration with the design studio Container I developed the graphics further.
