SCOTTISH LEADER & ISADY COLLABORATIONINSPIRATION:Famous whisky brand, Scottish Leader continues to break convention through their ongoing collaboration with a collection of Artists and Influencers called I See A Different You (ISADY). Their common inspiration is seeing things from A New Perspective and re-visioning the world in a positive light.IDEA:Scottish Leader took the ISADY team to Scotland. They returned with a unique creative interpretation of their experience that we used as a basis to design a Limited Edition Label and Gift Box that captures Scottish Leader/Scotland through ISADY's eyes.DESIGN SOLUTION:SA meets Scots and Soweto Heart is born. We drew from the ISADY team’s standout sense of fashion. One of the outfits they wore on their trip was a twist on South African Pantsula style. In design, we combined Pantsula patterning with traditional Tartan, also incorporating the beautiful greens for which Scotland is famous.RESULT:Capturing the attention of new markets with a major buzz on social networks and a high share-ability and talk-ability factor.THE JOURNEY:We sent ISADY on a journey to to Scotland to make their own unique blend of whisky with a Soweto flair. They were tasked with experiencing the Scottish culture and take inspiration. Ultimitly to create the a unique blend of Scotland and Soweto.DESIGN INSPIRATION:We took inspiration from combining the traditional tarten and Pansula patterns.
