This is my 4th year diploma project

Brûlerie Caron is a roasting coffee compagny based in Paris. Since 1974, Sylvain Caron - Best French Roaster in 2011 - traveling from all around the world looking for the best coffees.

I had to design a birthday-book, celebrating Brûlerie Caron’s 40th anniversary, tracing the history of coffee and their work as roaster. From time immemorial, nature delivers coffee trees that hide a precious secret... Blended with four Arabica coffees, picked hand by hand, berry by berry, from 4 differents countries, Brûlerie Caron gave birth to this handmade roasted coffee.

I designed this book like a confidence that would reflect the precious aspect of this unique black juice. This book is full of details, legends, quotes, notes as little surprises.

For this work I had to understand the brand and its values, take pictures at the roasting house, organize the informations, design the one hundred pages book and then, print it.
