Specialising in the design/product development and creative pattern cutting for high-end Fashion and Sportswear (Mens and Womenswear), I have extensive experience in supplying major high street fashion labels MULBERRY, JAEGER, LAURA ASHLEY, NEXT, RIVER ISLAND, H+M, the ARCADIA GROUP as well as global Sportswear brand names HENRI LLOYD, NIKE, OCEAN PACIFIC and CHRISTOPHER DAWES

Exceptional technical skills from design and development of collections including branding, print, graphics, pattern cutting, garment construction, manufacturing with strong trend/colour, fabric forecasting skills and comprehensive knowledge of the UK/European fashion and sportswear market. Experienced in global sourcing, sourcing agents and the selection of fabrics and trims

Extensive experience in casual and performance sportswear - sailing, surf, diving, skiing, cycling, hunting, shooting, fishing, equestrian, walking, fitness, swimming and cycling

Industry standard technical proficiency and excellent organisational/communication skills in the development of patterns/sample garments from initial sampling through to production. Proficient in providing garment costings and production specifications

Currently researching and maintaining an awareness of current fashion trends, creative pattern methodologies, sustainability issues, commercial applications and technological developments within the field of fashion/textiles and their implications for fashion manufacturing and education
