ABOUT

The brief: to design a new logo for Radio 1 dj and drum & bass producer Friction. The logo was to be bold, clean and needed to stand out well on posters and other marketing material. It also needed to hold its own against a line up of other artist logos.

The resulting design has a strong visual impact whilst also being clean and simple. It works well on marketing material, is easily readable when overlaid on photographs and other designs and has a classic and iconic feel.
