The brief: design a 'high-spec' brochure for a luxury development in Trent Park, London. Project consisted of a host brochure plus three others covering specific heritage sites. Much was made of the immediate history of the area starting from 1066, through both world wars and up to the present day. Interesting factoid boxes were incorporated throughout the brochures and presented interesting and important facts through the above mentioned time-line. All brochure covers featured high-end textured stock which was gold foil blocked. Project included internal page layout, typography, photography and illustration. Printed and delivered on behalf of client.
