Pheonox Textiles is an award winning business based in Huddersfield, with a large portfolio of product brands including Hug Rug.

This is my collection designed for Hug Rug. I have taken inspiration from the 2013/14 trend forecast Curiosity, focusing on whimsical, quirky illustrations, creating patterns from birdwings, giving a contemporary twist to the countryside style of the brand using splashes of bright colours against black illustrations,
created for doormats and rug runners for the modern home.
