ABOUT
This dwelling is the penultimate house in a terrace of Edwardian properties that backs onto a communal garden. It is arranged over five floors - garden level, upper ground (with mezzanine), first, second and third floors and is currently separated into three individual apartments (3 storeys maisonette, second and third floor flats) that are now in single freehold ownership.
The building is located within the Borough of Westminster and is situated in the Maida Vale Conservation Area but it is not listed.
The scope of this project is to return the property into a single family dwelling and any statutory constraints this might bring to bear. The study will also identify itemized budget costing for the proposals.
The layouts are based on the drawings prepared for the formation of the maisonette in the mid 1990s by DSP Architecture and those of the architect of the 2nd and 3rd floor flats.
