Voted Lürzers Archive 200 Best Illustrators Carla Lucena was commissioned to create a series of illustrations for Strutt and Parker's &London Magazine. The project was to illustrate projects that were never commissioned but would have created a futuristic London such as a Monorail in Regent's Street, A Crystal Walkway in Oxford Circus and the Watkins Tower - an Eiffel Tower by Wembley.
