Joshua's work

A recent graduate of Leeds Metropolitan University with a 2:1 Hons Degree in Project Management. Whilst not considered a creative discipline, for my dissertation I researched how project managers can assist, encourage and manage creativity in project teams. I also investigated if project management could be applied to creative projects. My research found many cases that show when the tools and techniques of project management are applied, creativity is increased.
