A year ago, I was approached by the DLR to reimagine their two employee handbooks. After discussion, and using a theme they had in mind, we worked together to produce two thirty page handbooks with a simple (and sometimes humorous) cartoon on the front and their KPIs on the back of each page. The idea being that these would be available at all times for the staff to refer to if needed. I loved working on this project - and was happy to continue it when contacted again a month or two ago!
