About me
Hi, I'm Josh. I'm a freelance writer and editor, with interests in food and drink, and theatre. I begun writing 'critically' in 2011 in the first year of my undergrad degree, when I realised that I could get free theatre tickets in exchange for writing about said theatre. As someone who likes theatre and having opinions, this was a no-brainer. Currently, my theatrical writing finds its home at The Metropolist, where I write about London drama.
Other than theatre writing, a great love of mine is food, which I take the opportunity to write about (and eat) whenever I can. Currently, my food writing nestles alongside my theatre reviews at The Metropolist.
Most recently, I have been creating content for a travel start-up called YourWelcome, writing area guides and curating recommendations for activities and restaurants, as well as a series of blog posts on various issues related to Airbnb hosting.
