A client asked me to design some characters for a 1980's themed vampire comic they were pursuing. The attempt was to make the designs simple, distinct and expressive, with a 'vintage' style colour pallatte.

These were drafted and inked in Manga Studio Ex, and coloured in Adobe Photoshop.
