ABOUT
Eat Your Tech is a series exploring how technology has infiltrated every aspect of contemporary life to the point of invisibility. It has become so embedded in our routines that we barely notice it anymore. It is no longer something we just use, but something we live with, and increasingly, something we consume.
The project plays on this idea literally, presenting technology woven into everyday food and drink. By replacing familiar ingredients with wires, circuitry and digital artefacts, the images blur the boundary between the organic and the engineered, comfort and contamination.
Shot close and viscerally, the work invites an immediate sensory response before the concept reveals itself. What initially reads as playful or appetising becomes quietly unsettling, reflecting our casual acceptance of an ever-deepening technological presence.
