About me
The Liberty Guild started off as a nagging dissatisfaction with the whole business, which turned into an idea, which has now become a reality. About 300 people around the London advertising scene have helped bring this to life. It's a product of the wisdom of the crowd. Everyone agrees that the current model is unsustainable. And TLG is the best way to keep the good things and lose the bad. I've used the connections from 25 years in the business to create a community of the best strategists, creatives and production business in the world. And I've got a bunch of super clever people working with me to roll this thing out.
Me
I began the creative transformation of Grey London in 2007, laid the groundwork for its success, and then moved on to creatively transform Grey EMEA into the best performing region, year after year, of the Global Agency of the Year. I started EMEA creative council to push the work, nurture curiosity, teach new practice and spread the culture. I also deployed a 2000 strong pan-EMEA crowdsourced co-creation platform that allowed Grey to put the best team on the right job regardless of the constraints of geography. And out of all that. The Liberty Guild was born.
