As Head (and sole) Designer, I returned to New York to work at Resy, a budding start up with a consumer facing mobile app and adjoining SaaS restaurant management software. I oversaw all aspects of preliminary research, user experience, design and execution. Tackling design problems such as building the first mobile payment platform to reserve, pay and split the check, inviting guests to your reservation to overseeing the end-to-end design and user experience of the restaurant facing management software (alongside the engineering team). All the while designing for a user-base which grew from 20,000 to 300,000 with monthly seats booked reaching 1m+ at my departure.
