Besides having a property search facility as soon as the user hits the site it also required two distinct areas for Tenants and Landlords. To convey their personal approach real time recommendations and Twitter feeds were included. Second stages of the development will include landlord, tenant and help areas where they can log issues and see status of any property repairs required.
