Lloyds were launching a new type of store utilising
1-to-1 clinics, trial bars and new technology including
interactive pos.

This new attitude to healthcare needed tying together
with a caring, sharing visual style for communications.

Shopper marketing 101, we used graphic psychology to
put customers at ease in this new environment.
