Another one-day project practicing a few principles:
- "Handheld" camera movements - admittedly a bit rough here and there, but generally quite authentic considering I didn't do any tracking.
- Clouds, which are just planes with textures. This was a bit of an afterthought, but it's turned out to be my favourite element. Provides some depth to the shot and extra realism I think.
-Modelling and rendering in Cinema4D.
- Minor colour grading in After Effects.

A rocket on a launchpad, with a convoy of coaches approaching to deliver its astronauts.

The choice of doing a night time scene was initially for an interesting mood and an excuse to show the rocket with floodlights, but it does certainly disguise a few rough parts of the scene as well!
