With a Bachelor of Art in Archictecture, over 8 years in creative design experience and a passion to deliver excellence, I would bring additional professionalism and creativity to your already successful company.

In my current position as Creative Design Manager at Vent-Axia/Volution Group plc I am part of a team that delivers high quality products and service on an international scale. I supervise and work with product managers and graphic designers to develop the overall style and content across various creative mediums. Working alongside the Marketing Director, we develop the best approach and style to suit the product and message. In parallel to this, I develop budgets, timelines, coordinate creative department activities and present preliminary designs for approval. I find I have to regularly be adaptable to meet the business needs, which allows me to deliver artwork on time and budget. With changes, comes challenges and this is where I thrive. I always look for the area where we can innovate as a company but without losing site on everyday activities.

In my early career I worked as Creative Design Manager at Green People where I was responsible for catalogs, packaging, email campaigns, online media and magazines. With experience in print and the visual aspects of website design I come with a wealth of experience.
