I am an energetic, passionate, commercially driven & committed leader. I have a deep level of experience in the project management of retail communications POP, POS, below and above the line combined with an excellent technical knowledge in the creation of high-end artwork, managing projects in the range of 10k to 2m. I have a specialisation in the FMCG & home entertainment categories. Alongside this hands on production, I've also led pivotal strategic agency initiatives, implementing creative IT development projects across sites in the UK and abroad.
Right now, I occupy a senior management role across the UK for a large and vibrant creative agency. I have a wealth of experience, an innovative outlook and solid implementation in managing campaigns, projects & teams. I'm busy delivering creative & production process efficiencies across the agency and been integral in collaborating to build bespoke IT solutions and budgeting/building departments.
My man-management skills are a core strength and I have an excellent natural ability of picking / motivating talented staff.I like to implement a philosophy of promoting from within, employing talented juniors and forming careers for individuals. I can work alone but excel in partnership with others. I thrive on working to extremely tight deadlines, calm & assured under pressure, managing work through effective studios to keep freelance cost down.
