Raver Distilling is a locally owned startup that is only going to go big once this flavor hits the streets. Once a dream, is now a creation that Brett Raver is pursuing to see this as a reality and share his passion for the joy, flavor and taste of life. We had an afternoon fieldtrip to a liquor store where we were able to see up close what does and doesn’t make a good brand for a whiskey distillery. Some of the memorable elements for a good whiskey brand for Raver (which happened to coincide with the creative brief) contain the following:
- it has to be bad-ass
- possible woodcut effect
- western lettering
- was it possible to put a guy on there with a beard and ballcap?
