The team:

You will join our Marketing team within the Commercial function, which promotes awareness and engagement of the Oxbotica brand and its products to our customers and multiple external audiences. 

Your role:

  • A driven and passionate Senior Graphic Designer, a strong creative leader, brimming with great creative ideas and exceptional design, illustration, typography and layout skills.
  • As the brand and design guardian, you will bring our brand to life across multiple channels and touchpoints.
  • Execute and maintain a cohesive global brand identity internally and with external customers/partners.
  • Act as an overall brand champion, ensuring internal and external compliance with new branding guidelines.
  • Execute on creative briefs for business and marketing objectives into ideas that are clear, visually exciting, and engaging within brand visual identity guidelines.
  • Design innovation - constantly looking for new and improved ways to express the brand.

Your day might include:

  • Collaborating with teams across our business to create compelling and inspiring artwork, including graphics and animations.
  • Producing digital, social and print assets to help scale our brand globally.
  • Sourcing, building and maintaining a comprehensive image library.
  • Retouching and customising images for use by Oxbotica.
  • Creating and designing a new brand book.
  • Creating and designing sales and marketing collateral.
  • Researching competitors and the market for the latest design and branding trends.
  • Marketing campaign support, cropping and setting up advertising guidelines, digital format artwork.
  • Working with a range of media, and keeping up to date with emerging technologies.

What you need to succeed:

  • Deep knowledge of standard design software ( i.e Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign).
  • A passion for the future of mobility.
  • Interest or background in automotive or technology.
  • 5+ years experience, ideally working with a scale-up business.
  • You’ll be at ease putting forward fresh new ideas on how to push new boundaries with our brand, and ‘Make the Earth move’.
  • A high level of written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organised and ability to multi-task in a highly pressurised environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Highly creative with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proven success in turning a creative vision into a reality.
  • Able to commit 5 days a week, until at least the end of 2022 with the potential to move into a permanent role.
  • Live within the Oxford area, London will also be considered for the right candidate.
  • A minimum of 10 days a month on-site at UHQ Oxford.
