As Channel Marketing Manager – Wholesale, it’ll be down to you to build the Clarks Adults brand globally in Wholesale by implementing the global brand framework, global customer experience, customer segmentation and marketing communications. Working closely with the Group Head of Channel Marketing in evaluating and evolving wholesale marketing and strategies, you’ll also look at how to apply brilliantly creative concepts into the Wholesale channel globally across digital and social, window and in-store displays and POP. We’d like you to partner with regional sales teams and develop strong working relationships with them, understanding the sell-in process and specific asset requirements, making sure they can do their jobs magnificently. You’ll also lead the integration of digital, social and PR into the wholesale channel and collaborate with the head of digital channel to develop an omni-channel approach to campaign activation. Above all, you’ll do all you can to ensure our Wholesale capabilities are the very best they can be.
A bit about you
We’d like you to be degree educated (or equivalent) and know all about the principles and practice of wholesale, customer marketing and sales. It goes without saying that you’ll also be up-to-date when it comes to footwear and fashion markets. Experience in a category marketing manager role at a global FMCG, fashion or lifestyle brand as well as a proven track record operating in a two tier structure are a must. You’ll also be a brilliant self-starter with exceptional influencing, presentation and communication skills, and be able to show us success across all areas of the marketing mix as well as a solid understanding of how to implement marketing plans.
