Website Production Assistant

We are looking for someone to support the day to day production schedules, including content and campaign scheduling, set up and testing of site promotions and general administration of the UK shopDisney website.
Responsibilities:
- Create, schedule and test content assets to aid user experience for the guests visiting our sites.
- Set up promotions and campaigns as directed by merchandising and marketing teams.
- Participate in weekly planning meeting and action site updates as directed by merchandising, brand and image and marketing teams.
- Regularly review the site to identify issues and improve user experience.
- Raise support tickets and escalate when required to resolve any issues.
- Create and maintain ‘how to’ guides for best practices and processes for the online team.
- Support user acceptance testing and quality assurance for the UK website.
- Work closely with other website producers in team to ensure consistency across all markets.
Basic Qualifications:
- Previous experience within an e-commerce retail environment, beneficial.
- Understanding of e-commerce trading and best practice, beneficial.
- Content management experience using Demandware, beneficial.
- Excellent planning and prioritisation skills.
- Articulate and effective communicator.
- Good attention to detail.
- Microsoft Office and Excel skills, an advantage.
- JIRA/Confluence/Salesforce Commerce Cloud, advantageous.
