Purpose:

Reebok is looking for a digital creative designer to contribute to the look, feel, and overall experience of Reebok.com and its related properties.

We want a creative and energetic team player who has a passion for developing user-cantered design, UX and UI: Someone who understands front-end web design, best-in-class standards for experience and an ability to interpret and ensure that brand standards are met throughout the digital experience.

Working on the Reebok Global eCommerce team based in Boston, you will work directly for the US eCommerce team, creating high quality interface and creative designs and helping to drive the continual improvement of the site and how it looks and feels. You will also partner cross-functionally to ensure cohesion of creative across the digital ecosystem, adherence to best-in-class standards, and a unified consumer journey.

You will work closely with the Brand Design, Product Marketers, and the entire digital team to help deliver a best-in-class user experience on web, tablet and mobile platforms.   

You are a creative and energetic team player with a passion for good design. You will craft visual & innovative design solutions for Reebok creating online campaigns and experiences, landing pages, banners and email campaigns. You must possess strong visual design skills and are into the details.  You will drive top quality creative, pixel perfect in execution that will be delivered to our markets globally.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and produce industry leading creative solutions for assigned projects.

Participate in the creative process from concept to visualization and final execution.

Ensure quality and consistency across all Reebok creative and ensure the brand is represented consistency across all deliverables.

Craft website content, landing pages, banners advertising, direct mail, flyers and email campaigns that connect, inspire and engage consumers.

Develop triggered, event driven and personalized creative concepts that are relevant to our consumers needs and expectations.

Develop high-quality visuals for our branded website and interactive applications.

Follow visual guidelines and ensure the direction is implementation your projects.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

University degree with 3-5 years professional design experience as a visual/interactive designer within a creative agency or environment.

Strong portfolio that demonstrates your expertise and attention to details.

You’ve worked with brands before and can follow and maintain guidelines.

You must have experience working in the latest versions of Adobe Creative Suite.

You’re a good communicator who can present and justify your design decisions.

Experience developing successful concepts and working in collaborative multi-functional teams.

You are a creative thinker, who deliver’s concepts that go beyond execution.

You are a proactive team player who loves what you do and possess a positive attitude.

Fluent English both verbally and written.

The Reebok brand has moved their HQ to a 220,000 square-foot section of the Innovation and Design Building in Boston’s Seaport District. This move has brought community fitness to a next generation design and innovation space; the all new workplace fosters a vibrant collaborative culture and allows the brand to be closely connected to the community in Boston.
