Global Business Marketing is the Facebook team tasked with sharing our mission-based story with brands, agencies and businesses around the world. With millions of advertisers using Facebook's family of apps and services, we help create meaningful connections between businesses and people. Working with Facebook offers countless ways to make an impact in a quickly changing advertising landscape. We are looking for a talented, versatile, and strategic Visual Designer to create intuitive, engaging digital experiences that are easy to use and inspiring. You are a design fundamentalist, but approach projects with a rational and innovative mindset. You extend visual language, always mindful of how it works. You will work with a highly cross-functional team of marketers, product leaders and business leaders, all working together to bring our ideas to life.


  • Execute top-quality and cutting-edge visual design work for a digital platform.

  • Manage all design aspects of a project from start to finish. Define the visual designs, ideate, sketch and design the user experience to deliver a smart, cohesive visual design system to the engineering team.

  • Oversee some design projects, from conception to delivery.

  • Work closely with art directors, creative leads, stakeholders, writers, dev teams and strategists to implement a cohesive visual branding.

  • Ensure work across the team is on brief, on brand and of the highest quality.

  • Develop style guide, design assets, user interfaces, infographics and iconography.

  • Self-motivated, a great communicator, and comfortable receiving feedback.


  • 4+ years experience as a Digital Designer or Art Director at a digital agency, advertising agency or an in-house team.

  • Digital experience and knowledge of digital design for Web, Responsive, Mobile and marketing channels.

  • Experience designing for content.

  • Experience with motion graphics and illustration.

  • Experience in Mac OSX, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop, Keynote and Acrobat.

  • Portfolio available online that showcases visual and technical solutions across multiple design challenges (applications submitted without a portfolio will not be considered).
