Video is an incredibly powerful communications channel for us to engage with our 20-somethings

and along with our social channels, is central to everything we do. We are seeking an enthusiastic and dependable Video Production Assistant who will report to the Creative Video Producer. Duties will include supporting a small tight knit Video team in many and varied ways, from helping to schedule shoots, liaising with Production and Project Managers, attending shoots, scheduling and resourcing projects and enabling work to help make the best video content possible.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Assisting the Creative Video Producer on video production/s ranging from Campaigns to social media content
  • Enforcing the video process across the business and archiving of all video content correctly
  • Track post production timings plans and assist the resource manager with scheduling on-going projects if needed
  • Work with the production team to set up new suppliers on internal systems
  • Work with the production team to raise Purchase Orders on internal systems
  • Coordinate shoot logistics including drafting call sheets, risk assessments, insurance and organising crew
  • Tracking budgets and reporting
  • Coordinating the transport of kit to and from shoots
  • Admin tasks for the Creative Video Producer and production team as required
  • Managing interns if required

Skills and experience you will need:


  • Previous relevant experience
  • Knowledge and understanding of video production – from creative ideation through to post-production and final delivery
  • Experience in a deadline-driven video production environment, preferably in a creative agency or production company
  • Sound knowledge of post-production – animation, colour grading, sound mixing etc
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, turning things around under pressure
  • Previous fashion, agency, social and / or entertainment experience desirable but not essential


  • Outstanding admin and organisational skills
  • PC/Mac literate
  • Sound understanding of post-production elements
  • Basic Adobe Creative Cloud skills – Premier Pro, After Effects
  • Basic understanding of footage/file management
  • Basic understanding of delivering video to different formats and platforms
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment, often under pressure
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Enthusiastic and positive
  • Multi-tasker
