The Role:

As the VP of Product your role will be to realise a cohesive Product vision and strategy for Inskin aligned to our company mission and goals. You’ll collaborate with and inspire the engineering, commercial, operational and creative labs teams, driving best-practices and aligning the organisation more widely through your leadership promoting a culture of innovation and accountability. Ultimately, you’ll help ensure Inskin’s position as the world’s leading High Impact digital company by enriching the experiences of our clients and end users in delivering a best-in-breed Ad Tech product suite.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and communicate an executable product vision with a clear roadmap with milestones prioritised for commercial and operational impact.
  • Orchestrate talented and influential engineering and creative labs teams with a strong data driven culture of continuous and rapid innovation and iteration, whilst ensuring a sense of accountability and urgency.
  • Partner closely with our commercial leaders and functions to source ideas and requirements to allow you to define the company roadmap through thorough project scoping analysis and collaborative prioritisation.
  • You will be expected to understand competitive threats and opportunities within the ecosystem we operate in (critically: clients, publishers and consumers), with a view to ultimately driving client adoption and revenue growth globally in the territories we operate in.
  • Establish, drive and distill both the measurement of product performance and a robust feedback loop, to continuously iterate and improve on our product offering and ensure key stakeholders, internally and externally, are consulted and continuously delighted.
  • Actively build embedded and trusted relationships with existing and future customers, to help solve problems for them by delivering solutions that fit their requirements and add value to them and their organisations in line with our company mission and goals.
  • Developing the N.America service model and hiring requirements in conjunction with internal stakeholders.

Experience & Skills Requirements:

  • At least 5+ years experience gained in a product leadership role within the online advertising industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to build on foundational product journeys and see them through to maturity and scale.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and quantitative skills with data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Exceptional communicator with the confidence and ability to create and communicate a compelling product vision and narrative.
  • Proven ability to work and communicate cross-functionally; collaborate & influence as part of a team both internally and externally with partners.
  • A track record of driving performance and quality in an engaging and inclusive way.
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure.
  • Inclination towards project management, possessing appropriate organisational skills.
  • Experience developing internal processes and efficiently managing multiple workstreams.
